Dr Christie Dr Christie qualified in Aberdeen in 1984. She worked in hospital medicine until 1993 when she became a partner with Dr Whitehead. Since that time she has been involved in helping to modernise and expand the practice to its present 3 partner and 2 assistant state. Dr Christie passed the MRCGP exam in 1995. She remains enthusiastic about and
for general practice and its ability to provide good primary and continuing
care. She is also involved in committees with a view to improving services
locally especially elderly care. Born in mid Wales Dr Kandasamy trained in Glasgow and after house jobs in Glasgow and Cornwall spent several years in North Devon. She relocated to London with her partner and after some time as an assistant joined the Practice in January 2001. Her interests include women’s and sexual health, family planning and education. She has also worked as a clinical assistant at the Wolverton Centre (Kingston Hospital’s GU clinic). Outside medicine she enjoys sailing, mountain biking and snow boarding. Dr Quinton Dr Quinton qualified from University College London in 1991. She has lived in Wimbledon since 2000. She enjoys her life as a GP and her special interests are infertility, psychology, child health and diabetes. Dr Quinton has a degree in psychology as well as medicine, and worked in the Hammersmith IVF unit with Professor Robert Winston for 3 years. She understands the importance of holistic
medicine and is keen to learn more about complementary medicine. She teaches
medical students from St George’s and is currently training herself to become a
GP trainer. Dr Williams Dr Sian Williams is married to an Orthopaedic Surgeon and has
two girls aged 13 and 19 years. She has been working part-time in the practice
since 1989 so has seen many changes. Her principal medical interests include
children's’ health and mental health issues. She works in close communication
with the health visitors and the in-house counsellor. Dr Emily McCullagh Joined us in September, having finished her training with us as a Registrar. She trained at Bristol University and worked previously at Bristol Royal Infirmary, University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, Kings College Hospital London and Guys and St Thomas' Hospital London. She enjoys reading, gardening, cooking and mountain biking. Dr Yayha Memon Dr Memon is a very experienced GP. He has worked with us for a number of years, |
